Well, since Brody was going hunting this year, I decided that I needed to do something to his hair so that when Brody returned from hunting, he wouldn't come home with a massive rats nest on his head. As a former chearleader and dancer, I have learned to do just about every kind of Up Do known to chearleaders and dancers alike! French Braids, French Twists, Topsy Tails, Curly Pony Tails...Corn Rows...etc.! For this situation, I chose corn rows as my weapon of choice for the war against the matted afro mess that would be Brody's hair if I did nothing! Brody VERY MUCH dislikes anyone touching or combing his hair, so for him to sit still and let me do my "work" was nearly a nightmare! Thankfully, I had a yummy lollipop and the Disney Channel that I used as a bribe and a distraction! Amazingly I managed to finish his hair in about 45 minutes. Here is what I ended up with...

Brody's new low maintenance hair-do saved us from a nasty war with the curly hair mats and tangles...and it also saved us money on conditioner!!
