So the last two days I have been trying to practice with my speedlite flash and my guinea pig models are none other than my darling kiddos! Unfortunately, I think all of this constant modeling is beginning to take a toll on them...
At first Brody is very cooperative, smiling, posing, saying cheese very happily...
...Then the "CHEEESE" starts to come annoyingly through his teeth...
...Then, the "Through-the-teeth cheese" becomes this...boredom...
...I've broken him, LoL...!
Mercedes had been modeling for me pretty much alllll day today...poor thing! She is actually easier to practice on because she isn't mobile like Brody is! I still have to be quick, but at least her movements are smaller and she can't suddenly dart across the room! She's fine as long as her diaper is dry, her belly is full and has something to play with...however, there is a tradeoff with that "toy" bribe...Yep she holds it right up to her mouth making it difficult to focus on her...
