Our little Mercedes is 5 months old now and just had her 4 month check-up...I know we are a bit behind, but her doc. was on maternity leave still, so we had to extend it a bit...She's on the smaller side for weight comming in at 13lbs. 13oz. (8th percentile) and 25 3/4" tall (65th percentile) so she is quite tall.

Mercedes has recently become quite vocal, she likes to just garble and gurgle out loud. She is a MAJOR hamm just like Brody was. She has began to sit all by herself for a moment, sometimes for several moments. She usually falls over when she trys to look up around above her:) Mercedes also LOVES to stand on her feet. Brody did too and once he figured out how to take that first step while holding your hand, that's ALL he wanted to do, so I think Mercedes will be the same way!

Mercedes is such a good girl she hardly ever has anything to fuss or complain about...if she does I think it's usually because her teeth are bothering her. She is also quite active, so she doesn't like to be in her swing anymore. She needs to be able to move around. When we put her on the floor she rolls around all over:) She has an AMAZING personality, just a very happy, lovable little girl she is!
