This year for Halloween, our little man went as non other than Scooby Doo! JC was also suppose to dress up and go trick-or-treating with Brody as Scooby Doos buddy Shaggy, but I shrunck JC's costume in the washer, so that didn't happen:(
Brody LOVED this costume! He could not wait to put it on. I had ordered it like a month before and had hanged it up in his closet, so everyday he saw it and wanted to put it on. Of course I told him he had to wait, so when Halloween arrived, Brody was thrilled to wear it all day long!!
After collecting treats from Grandma Rods house, Grandma & Grandpa's house & Papa & Oma's house, Brody went trick-or-treating with his cousins, Cody, Sierrah & Becca, around their neighborhood. He had soooooo much fun! This was the first year he actually got to go door to door trick-or-treating, so he really got a kick out of running from house to house ringing door bells, and getting candy! Brody LOVES hanging out with his cousins too, so that in itself made the event so much more fun!!
Brody made out very well considering we didn't even start trick-or-treating until 8-8:30 that night. The kids were able to hit a good 20 houses (give or take) before people began to run out of candy and turn their lights out! Overall, Brody had an excellent time...we all had a lot of fun!
P.S., this was our Halloween costume!19 weeks
