Jc, Brody & I finally got to take our little day trip to the Mesa for a little fresh air and R&R. It was somewhat of a gloomy day overall, but we didn't mind seeing how those days are our FAVORITE days:) The real downside to our "beautiful" day was that it was in fact pretty cold and a bit windy.
We tried to do some fishing, but the fish weren't biting. JC said it was too windy, but I think Brody might have had something to do with it considering he was throwing rocks in the lake the whole time:O Brody LOVED being up there though. He had so much fun just walking around and being his adventurous self.
After we left the lake we decided to take the "Scenic Route" back to town. We traveled down Lands End and snapped a few pics of the AMAZING view=) Overall it was a lovely day and we all had a lot of fun on our little day trip:)
