Friday evening, Jc & his dad Robert took off for Muzzle Loading Season. Justin joined them Saturday afternoon. On Wednesday JC returned with this beautiful rack of bull antlers...JC's first bull ever=) He was way excited and very pleased with his kill as were Brody and I. JC said when he shot him, he was no more than maybe 15 feet from him. Unfortunately, the bull was a daddy out on a stroll with a mamma and baby elk...we know this because the mamma and baby walked right in front of JC first...within arms reach of him. Very sad:(
The guys got more pictures of the bull, but I will have to wait for them to return to post them for you, but with the size of the antlers, you can imagine how large this animal must have been:)
